Securely pack the unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all Sanrio hangtags are included.

Attach the Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
